Reviving Wholeness Services

Therapeutic Approaches Designed to Support Lasting Change

Reviving Wholeness offers science-informed, trauma-aware therapies that support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and deeper personal transformation.

Finding the Right Approach

Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Different therapeutic approaches support different needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you are looking to process trauma, reduce anxiety, work through long-standing emotional patterns, or reconnect with yourself in a deeper way, therapy can be tailored to meet you where you are.

The services below are designed to work thoughtfully with the mind, body, and nervous system to support meaningful and lasting change.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

A guided, evidence-informed therapeutic approach designed to support deeper emotional processing, increased neuroplasticity, and lasting transformation.

KAP combines ketamine with psychotherapy in a carefully supported therapeutic setting.

By helping the brain move beyond habitual thought patterns and defensive responses, this process can create new opportunities for insight, emotional healing, and meaningful change.

KAP may be especially supportive for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, burnout, or persistent patterns that have not fully responded to traditional approaches alone.

Additional Therapeutic Approaches

Alongside KAP, additional modalities are available to support your individual needs and healing process.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a well-established therapeutic approach used to help individuals process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing experiences.

EMDR works by supporting the brain’s natural ability to process difficult memories in a way that reduces emotional overwhelm and helps create new patterns of understanding and response.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)

TRE is a body-based approach designed to help release stored stress and tension held within the nervous system.

Through a series of gentle exercises, TRE supports the body’s natural ability to regulate stress, release tension, and restore a greater sense of balance and grounding.

Support for a Wide Range of Experiences

These therapeutic approaches may support individuals who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety or chronic stress
  • Depression or emotional exhaustion
  • Trauma or unresolved past experiences
  • Burnout or nervous system overwhelm
  • Feeling stuck despite previous efforts to heal or move forward

Whether you are new to therapy or have been doing this work for years, the process begins with understanding your unique experience and goals.
