About Reviving Wholeness

Reviving Wholeness
A Thoughtful, Science-Grounded Approach to Healing

Reviving Wholeness offers trauma-informed care that integrates clinical expertise, nervous system awareness, and compassionate support to help individuals move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Meet Harmonie Stone, LMFT

Healing is not about fixing what is broken—it’s about creating the conditions for deeper understanding, integration, and change.

My work is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation happens when individuals feel safe enough to explore their experiences with curiosity, support, and compassion.

Through a combination of evidence-informed therapies and a trauma-aware approach, I help clients work through patterns that may feel stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to access through traditional approaches alone.

Healing often begins in relationship.

Many of us learned early in life that connection was unpredictable — that love could disappear, emotions were too much, or our needs were unsafe to express. Over time, these experiences shape the nervous system and the way we relate to ourselves and others.

In therapy, I offer a calm, attuned, and compassionate space where clients can begin to experience connection differently. My work is deeply rooted in attachment and trauma healing, helping people slowly build a sense of internal safety, self-trust, and emotional security.

As trust develops, clients often find they are able to:

  • feel more regulated and grounded
  • form healthier relationships
  • soften shame and self-criticism
  • express themselves more authentically
  • reduce patterns of fear, reactivity, or emotional shutdown
  • reconnect with parts of themselves that have been hidden in survival

I work especially well with individuals navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, relational trauma, and longstanding emotional patterns that may feel difficult to shift through insight alone.

Healing is not about becoming someone different.
It is about feeling safe enough to become more fully yourself.

Areas of Focus

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a structured, evidence-informed approach that works directly with the brain and nervous system to help access and process deeply held patterns.

EMDR Therapy

A well-established approach for processing trauma and reducing the emotional impact of past experiences

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)

A body-based method that helps release stored tension and support nervous system regulation.

PHILOSOPHY / APPROACH

An Integrative Approach

Every person’s experience is unique, and therapy should reflect that.

My approach integrates science-based therapeutic modalities with a deep respect for the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.

I work collaboratively with clients to create a process that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned with their individual needs and goals.

Whether through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, TRE, or traditional therapeutic work, the focus remains the same:

helping clients move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.

A Thoughtful, Grounded Approach to Care

Reviving Wholeness offers a trauma-informed, science-grounded approach to therapy, integrating clinical expertise with a deep respect for each individual’s experience.

Care is taken to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to engage in this work at your own pace.
